Alkaline VS Acidic

A lot of your sickness, disease, and pain comes from your body being acidic. If you can keep your body in a alkaline state you will experience the great joys that comes with it. When your body is acidic it is in a state of chaos and anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. After extensive research, I found that Dr. Sebi has the best instructions when dealing with this issue. He did extensive research on all the foods we eat and found that most are hybrid and full of starch. Both of which causes the body to become very acidic. Did you know that even garlic is very acidic! Here's a list of foods that he gives that are not hybrid (man made) and also put the body in a alkaline state.
  • Amaranth greens same as Callaloo, a variety of Spinach
  • Avocado
  • Asparagus
  • Bell Peppers
  • Chayote (Mexican Squash)
  • Corn Chips, corn Tortillas or air-popped corn
  • Cucumber
  • Dandelion greens
  • Garbanzo beans (chick peas)
  • Green banana
  • Izote cactus flower/ cactus leaf- grows naturally in California
  • Jicama
  • Kale
  • Lettuce (all, except Iceberg)
  • Mushrooms (all, except Shitake)
  • Mustard greens
  • Nopales Mexican Cactus
  • Okra
  • Olives
  • Onions
  • Poke salad greens
  • Sea Vegetables (wakame/dulse/arame/hijiki/nori)
  • Squash
