All three of these people have something to smile about. On the record, Bob Johnson (in middle) was the first black billionaire. Off record it would've been Mr. Lee Chin but because his father is Jamaican and Chinese mix and his mother is Jamaican and Chinese mix there is controversy as to wheather he should hold the title as first "African American" or "Black" billionaire. Oprah came as the second African American Billionaire, but definately holds the title as first African American female billionaire. Forbes has taken the title from Bob Johnson as being a billionaire, since he divorced his wife and gladly gave her half his billion. So as it stands Oprah (on record) stands alone as the only African American Billionaire.
