In America people are killing themselves by the thousands every year. The term being used to describe these kinds of killings is called NUTRICIDE. How can anyone look down on a person with a drug addiction, when they themselves have a food addiction. In the end both accomplish the same purpose and that is to kill you!
1) Understanding Hunger:: When you feel hunger pains it is your bodys way of saying "I'm hungry for nutrition," not food. The body sucks the nutrition out of the food and discards the leftovers through your bowel movement. Most people eat and yet they still feel hungry, even though they know there is no way they should be. The reason for this is because though the individual has eaten, he/she hasn't eaten the nutrients that the body is hungering for. So the body will keep sending out the urge for food even though you've just got through eating. This may explain why when a person eats a hamburger with vegetables such as lettuce and tomatoes on it, their body seems to want another and another. Your body is craving more and more for those vegetables, then the hamburger. This may even explain why corporate America puts vegtables on the burgers to begin with. If your body can only get vegetation by eating the burger then it'll try to keep eating burgers until the nutritional value of what it wants out of that burger is met. |

According to Dian Dooley Ph.D.-level nutritionist who is a Associate Professor, Food Science and Human Nutrition, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, he states it takes 1-3 days for most people's digestive tract to digest. Yes during those 1-3 days our body is breaking down this meat but because the process is so slow, this decaying meat is laying up against our digestive organs. Using your own common since, imagine unfrozen meat sitting for 1 to 3 days anywhere, let alone in our warm bodies. After watching how most of the meat you eat today is processed, it might be better to eat some road kill on the side of the road. At least it wasn't pumped full of chemicals. Check out this video before we continue.
Imagine those people who eat meat in every meal for years and years. What kind of parasites and worms must be floating around in their bodies. Animals that eat meat have shorter intestinal tracts, this way the meat leaves their system much quicker. Our intestinal tracts are 4 times longer than meat eating animals (carnivores) which is good for getting the most nutrients out of the fruits and vegetables as it passes through but bad for rotting meat that has all kinds of chemicals in it. Yet we still wonder why African Americans are at risk of so many different diseases by the time we reach our 30's. 2) Addictive Products in your food:: In our research we came across a explaination as to why so many of us get hooked on chinese food. Most foods contain a product called MSG (monosodium glutamate) which is a an excitotoxin.Click on the word to find out more about this product that according to T. Hayashi, a Japanese scientist can cause damage and even kill nerve cells. A Doctor Russell L. Blaylock who is a boardcertified neurosurgeon, health practitioner, author, lecturer, and newsletter editor wrote a book on this topic as well called,"Excitotoxins; The taste that kills." This product is said to be addictive. The FDA created a law stating that anyone using this product must list it as one of their ingredients. The food Companies went to Congress to have them pass a law stating that companies would not be forced to list this product in their ingredients list, hmmm.. wonder why. Other companies may disguise it using words like, artificial flavoring, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, and many other names. Most of the foods you seem to can't do without, has this product in it. Think of foods you can't seem to stop eating once you start and then check the ingredients for this product. Other such products are high fructose corn syrup and the artificial sweetner aspartame. So if your trying to loose weight, be very aware of what's in the food your eating. 3) Your Digestive System:: Everybody likes to show off their intelligence by using big words to describe how this function works. We do things differently. We cater to all our readers, from the highly educated to the minimum grade level reader. With that being said let us begin our explaination in a cartoonish sort of way so that everyone gets the picture. You chew the food up, between chewing your food, and your spit, you begin to break the food down. Then you swallow the mush you turned the food in your mouth into. This mush lands in your stomach which is full of juices that soak into the mush like a sponge to break it down into a even softer mush. This will take about 4 hours before it exits the stomach and into the small intestine. There it will take 6 to 16 hours to be broken down. It is during this process that the energy nutrients are absorbed from the food. Our intestines (large and small) is like a long garden hose full of millions of octopus suckers. As the mushy food slowly moves through this hose, the suckers begin sucking the parts it needs out of the mushy broken down food as it goes by. This causes the mushy food to become even smaller allowing it to move from the small intestine into the large intestine. Whatevers left after that, to make a long story short.... lands in the toilet. The End. So the next time your sitting in front of a meal, ask yourself how much nutrition will those octopus suckers be able to suck out of it once it lands in your stomach. Hopefully this will make you eat your meals a little bit differently. In our quest for knowledge on this topic we came across a list of foods that have been scientifically proven to aid in weight loss. Here is a list...
A healthy digestives system is a very important key to weight loss. Most of us need to start with clenseing our colon of all the bowels that have packed itself and hardened against our colon walls. As the partly digested food slides through our colon the colon walls suck out the remaining nutrients before it is released into the toilet so to speak. If our colon walls are caked up with hardened bowels how can the nutrients get through to the other side to enter into our bodies? Nutrients that help our bodies function properly. This is why people get colonics done. Most people have anywhere from 3 to 30lbs of this stuff caked to their colon walls.Yuck!!! To begin loosing weight many professionals suggest that you:
Pretend like your body is nothing but plumbing pipes and filters. It is your job to clear out all these pipes and filters. Right now they may be full of sludge and guck. The clenses above helps to wash that sludge off your pipes. Allowing everything to flow through your pipes the way its supposed to. Even your filters have been cleaned and now they're catching anything that may be harmful to your plumbing system before it gets a chance to build up and become a problem. WARNING If your body is used to having bowels caked up on the colon walls and in the stomach, once you do the clenses and remove this, that empty feeling may make you have the urge to want to eat to replace it. We can go on and on about this topic but hopefully we have pointed you in the right direction. Anytime you school people to ways of becoming healthy it offends those who make money off your being unhealthy and they try to find ways to shut you down.
